Grandfather started an Allis-Chalmers dealership, with his brothers, in
Crawfordsville, Indiana in 1946. Before there were any chainsaws in this area.
They sold a few other brands before starting with Stihl in 1962. Then in 1972
they retired and sold the dealership, but he kept the Stihl dealership and moved
it to Waveland, Indiana. More recently he sold the Stihl dealership to Waveland
Outdoor Power, LLC. We also purchased the Dixon and Ferris dealerships from
Bennett's Garage. And now we are putting the finishing touches on our new shop,
located directly behind (North) of our existing shop.
